Welcome to Anchorage Plantation!
You'll find friendly neighbors in this quiet, gated community of single Lowcountry style family homes. Located on Wadmalaw Island in South Carolina, about 15 miles south of Charleston, Anchorage Plantation is a waterfront community with many amenities to enjoy. There is a new Amenity Center, a boat ramp, floating docks
and a covered fixed dock. With beautiful, young live oaks throughout the community and the deep water access, there are numerous ways to enjoy this lowcountry setting.
Assessment Information & Online Payments
- Anchorage Owners contribute $1400.00 annually to the Association.
- Owners can make secure online payments by using our Homeowner Portal. CLICK HERE. You will be required to register for a login/password.
- There is a small fee for credit card payments, but E-Check payments or ACH is free!

Community Notes:
- Owners who wish to reserve the Pavilion for events need to contact the management office at 843-377-1695.
- Overnight parking of boats, recreational vehicles and other vehicles is not permitted at the Pavilion or Boat Landing.
- The Association holds quarterly meetings and owners are welcome to attend. Contact the management office for meeting dates.
- An Architectural Review Committee requires an application before making any changes to any lot or home, including landscaping.
