Welcome to Wescott Plantation!

Wescott Plantation is a large community located off of Dorchester Road. Members to this Association live inside the communities located behind the first three entrances on the right hand side of Wescott Boulevard representing a total of 874 homes.

Assessment Information & Online Payments:

  • Wescott Owners contribute $350.00 annually to the Association. The annual assessment is billed in December and is late if not received by February 28th.
  • The Vista owners pay an additional $90 a month in assessments. 
  • Owners have the ability to make secure online payments by using our Homeowner Portal. CLICK HERE. You will be required to register for a login & password.
  • There is a small fee for credit card payments, but E-Check payments or ACH is free!

Community Announcements:
  • Please help keep Wescott Plantation and its residents safe -- Remember to always securely lock your vehicle and home!
  • Remember, fishing is not permitted in any pond with a fountain.
  • Pool Access is restricted to members who are current (Zero Balance) with their annual assessment. Pool keys can be obtained by speaking with the pool manager. Pool keys are $20 which should be submitted to Marshland Communities in check form or debit card. This can be done by mailing your payment to our office or by logging into the Homeowner Portal. Please remember to email your manager if your payment is made online, so we can make proper notation. Residents requesting a pool key must be present with a picture ID.
  • The Wescott Plantation community pool will open on May 1st! Official hours:

  • The Pool Cabana can be reserved for events and parties. The pool remains open to all association members in good-standing.
  • Reservation forms for the Pool Cabana can be received by contacting the management company office.
  • Per Pool Managers: The cabana rentals will be available to rent between 10am - 2pm and 3pm - 7pm. The cabana is unavailable for renting at all other times. This will also help to ensure that all parties are cleaned up and the area will be clear of people by Closing Time.
  • "For Sale" and "For Rent" signs are not allowed in Wescott, but you may place a small flyer box next to your mailbox if your home is for sale.
  • Any exterior improvement/modification must be approved in writing by the Development Review Board. Owners can easily submit an online application. This application may also be downloaded under Community Resources or you can request a copy by calling The Marshland Communities at 843-377-1695. A written letter of approval must be received prior to beginning any projects.
  • Owners must obtain a permit from the City of North Charleston for exterior improvements such as extensions, fence installation, tree removal and sheds.
  • Parking on the street, yard and sidewalk is strictly prohibited in the Wescott Plantation.
  • Please keep all animals on a leash at all times and remember to clean up after your pet.
  • Please remember that nothing is to be attached to any of the street or stop signs in the community. The Board will be implementing fines to anyone who attaches anything to the sign posts.
  • Please review the new DRB Guidelines - Revised 2015.
